Our Vision

Resumes and credentials only tell part of the story. We believe the best way to demonstrate skill is to show your work. SkillTrek.ai drops candidates into realistic corporate challenges where they must research, strategize, adapt, and communicate — just like they would on the job.

Each challenge includes an AI research workspace where candidates can use 14+ AI models to investigate, analyze, and draft deliverables. Then they face a simulated manager interview — no AI help allowed — to prove they truly understand their own work.

Every submission is auto-graded by three different AI models across five dimensions: AI Utilization, Insight & Creativity, Adaptability, Communication Quality, and Content Mastery. This eliminates single-judge bias and provides a fair, transparent assessment.

How Assessments Work

AI Research Workspace

Candidates use 14+ AI models to investigate the challenge, draft reports, and chat with their simulated manager for guidance. We test how strategically they use AI tools.

Manager Interviews

Two interview phases where the AI manager quizzes candidates on their work — with no AI assistance. This verifies genuine understanding and communication skills.

Curveball Twist

Mid-assessment, a new constraint or revelation changes the game. Candidates must adapt their approach, testing real-world agility under pressure.

Five-Dimension Grading

Three AI models independently score each submission on AI Utilization, Insight & Creativity, Adaptability, Communication Quality, and Content Mastery.

Badges and Leaderboards

Earn badges for top scores, consistency, and special achievements. Compete on global and per-challenge leaderboards to showcase your verified skills.

Fair and Transparent

All grading criteria are visible upfront. Scores include detailed reasoning explaining exactly why each grade was given. Multi-model consensus eliminates bias.
